Palm Grove Neighborhood Association
There’s No Place Like Home
Palm Grove is made up 1,000 households residents within the Palm Grove boundary.

Our Neighborhood Association's purpose is to maintain the quality of life for Palm Grove residents.

With one united voice, we can continue a mutually beneficial relationship between the City of El Paso and those of us who live within Palm Grove.

We represent our community and facilitate change based on collective interests and issues
